I have laundry, dishes and need to get some stuff done. But here I sit on the computer. Anyone else need to go do something else besides this but can't help themselves?

Yes!
But what I do is set the microwave (15-20 min.) and GO put stuff in the washer, come answer email, then go do something else, the come answer email ..
It's amazing how much you can get done by just setting the timer, try it!

Steps to getting off you computer:
Step 1: Close all browser winders.
Step 2: Close the browser windows that you just reopened to "check something real fast".
Step 3: Close the next set of "just checking" browser windows.
Step 4: CLOSE THOSE BROWSERS!!!
Step 5: Reach over and press the "on/off" button.
Step 6: Stand up.
