There isn't any thing. You can't change you genes. You might still grow a little bit (but don't count on several inches) since girls grow until they are 18-21.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.

Unfortunately height is based on genetics, so whatever height you're meant to be, is how you'll end up.

However, my mom has been doing yoga for a few years, and at her last doctor's checkup, she had grown about an inch and a half (not exactly what she wanted, because she's already over 6ft and hates it! :) ). Because after an extended period of time yoga lengthens and straightens the spine. So maybe if you're desperate, try it!

But don't give up hope if you're still wishing you'd grow! Sometimes we don't stop growing taller until our mid twenties.

Love yourself at whatever height :)

im 18 and ive been stretching every night and day...

about a year and a half ago i was 4'10.5"

and now im 5'

after youve started your period youre only going to grow a couple more inches or so im told.

stretching seems to be an extremely slow process but keep drinking milk and taking your vitamines.

other than that.. all i know of is surgically doing it. they break your bones and re attach them so theres a gap in between like this ==== ==== and then they attach screws and then the bone in between grows together and you grow a couple more inches pretty fast.
i saw a documentry on someone who did that because she was really short and wanted to be a flight attendent and you have to be a certain height so she did it and she said it was very painfull but very worth it.

Women usually stop her height increase at the age of 18 and men at the age of 21. If you have already reach this age, you will hardly find a chance to increase it further.

Sorry, most women will not grow much after they start their period. Though men might grow into their twenties, it is not very common for women to grow after they are 15 or 16 and there isn't anything you can do in order to make yourself grow.
