i remember way back when there was an r&b singer named tevin campbell and that is all i think of when i hear that name. i would keep looking but that is just my opinion
i do like devin though

It's okay. Tevin Campbell comes to mind. If I picture a Tevin, I suppose I think of an R&B singer, or possibly a college football star.
I like an unexpected name choice. I'm not sure if this is really unusual, though. In 1992, it was in the top 200 most popular names given to baby boys. While it was 800 last year, there are still a lot of Tevins out there - most of them just aren't old enough to vote yet. :)

i love it. its becoming more popular. 3 different boys in my class are named Tevin, and i have a brother Named Kevin. But Tevin is cute, then Evan.

I can't say I love it. It sounds to me like a lisping kid's version of Kevin. :)
But, then again, I'm not a fan of any names that end with "vin" (Kevin, Alvin, now Tevin).
