Yep. There's one guy that looks like a malevolent Santa Claus. He floats around occasionally at the grocery store I shop at saying "My world is NOTHING compared to yours" to anyone in earshot. Good times.

No, I'm really lucky at the moment. I live on a farm on the top of a hill. Surrounded by fields, with homeless sheep, crazy cows and horses but not people. Although, it's beautiful and peaceful here, we do get trespassers who vandalize property and distress the animals. So yes there are crazy, insane people in the neighbourhood who probably have homes but obviously not much intelligence.

Yes, I live in a city, near a lake and park. There are lots of homeless people who appear to be impaired in some way.
They make a habit of going from car to car at night to see if any are unlocked. They steal change. It's really annoying and a little unnerving.
Sometimes they wander up onto porches. Then we have to call the police.

In Louisville, there are a lot of homeless people. not all of them are crazy, some are really cool. Seems like the real crazy ones hang out near the strip club district.

1st, the people you talk about are not homeless. They are houseless.
When I returned from overseas with my children, I had to wait to get my pay from the military. How long? 6 months, and we had no place to stay or food to eat.
Those houseless people found me a place to sleep, with my children and got us food to eat.
Every person has a story to tell, do not be so quick to judge.
You might be there, in the same difficulties some day. Would you want someone to judge you, the same way?
I am not saying to ignore them or to bring one home to dinner,
but set your limits and "Just Say NO", if they want to involve you in their lives and problems. Everyone has problems, maybe they are on the street, because no one has told them how to solve their problems, or maybe they just don't care.
What ever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.

Yeah where I live you see quiet a few crazy homeless people. They walk across intersections talking to themselves and swinging their arms. We used to see this one guy he always wore a raincoat. In my area the heat gets up to over 110 and higher in the summer. His nickname was rubberman by passerby's.

YES!!!!! LOL. There are tons of crazy homeless people you can't walk down the street in peace with those idiots.

Well we have tons of pot heads, insane mothers, and my family lives here so that makes it more crazy
but we dont have homeless people

No matter where you live or go you are bound to run into some homeless people. but not all areas have homeless people.

haha! hell yea. I had a neighbor that came out and yelled at us for putting up a fence. It got so bad that we called the cops and he told them that he didn't go by the survey he knows his property by the stars!
