i know i should not smoke but i do, not a heavy smoker but do like the odd one or two.

Godless, want to hear something sadly ironic? At my funeral visitation for my uncle -- who had died of lung cancer -- one of my cousins still had to go have a cigarette!

i did for 4 years...and i quit...3 weeks now ( so proud ) :)...put on some weight ( that's y i quit smokin )... it happens i puff from joint once in a while but ciggarretes NO MOREEEEE....
