He needs to go at this at the right angle; he needs to look out for a trap-- azoid falling for tricks, for sure. He needs to get straight to the point, not go around in circles trying to prove his theorems. Then, he needs to stay away from these people once he's disected them from his life...He should definitely not cosine anything for them.
