Extimated Time of Arrival? Says its coming today..?

Well i bought a desktop from dell am i am wondering will i get it today and can they come anytime?? obviously not in the middle of the night. i got somethings its around 12 but can i get it around say 5ish 6 depends or is there a strict limit on what time i get it? 5ish 6 is just an example. I got the last delivers from Purolator from dell.

call Purolator, if you have a tracker # they can tell you within 1/2 hour of when you will receive it.

I've had stuff delivered as late as 8PM during the holiday season. It easily could come as late as 6PM.
