There is no such thing. They all either want money or they collect personal info. They might have some kind of point system but you'll never get to the minimum level to be able to withdraw that money.

Well, the website I go to pays money. It's not a huge amount but it is something and all I have to do is read a webpage. There is no fee to join and now they are having a $10 bonus for anyone who joins. Here's the link if you're interested:

These people have obviously not used the right sites, or they havent tried them at all.
I use about 4 different sites and i get paid every month by check. There's a link in my profile to the sites I use. I make about 900 bucks a month with those.
