White or Orange.
Use a color in the costume to pull the whole thing together..... nothing plain .... make it noticeable

Mrs Flintstone, character wise is discribed as having blue nail polish the same as her necklace. However this was never shown in the TV Cartoon, but was beleived in the "on ice" version.

It would have to be a vibrant red or pink... if you dont have long nails you should get fake ones for the night to help them stand out.

Sandstone (sort of beige with glitter in)
or
Granite (black with glitter in)
Haven't actually seen these colours, but you could try making your own by mixing some cheap nail colours together.
