Come up with something new that will serve a useful purpose and everyone will want. Should be pretty simple!
And since I helped you on your path to becoming rich, should I wait by the mailbox for my commission?

That's a pretty lofty goal, the way to do that is to find a product that you can corner the market on and that virtually every home in the industrialized world has.
A better goal would be to try and save money by the power of 10's
Your first goal is to save $10 actually write down how you will do that and then do it.
Your next goal is to save $100 again write down how you plan to do it and then do it
The next after that is to save $1,000 etc. etc.
Keep doing this until you have $10,000 in savings.
After that the money that you make can be put towards investments like mutual funds etc.
Try to focus on making money on multiple avenues.
such as a job, stocks, mutual funds, side work, real estate, business ownership.
So what you will is get a piece of paper draw a circle in the middle and write your savings goal say it's $100 dollars
then draw boxes that come out from the center that show how you will get to that goal. For this goal it may be just a job, but once you get up to $10,000 or more it may be a job, a small business that you do on the side and some small investments.
As for the goal of reaching Bill Gates wealth, well aside from him noone else on the planet has figured that out.

There are whole books written oabout the methods ad success of Microsoft. Including a couple by Bill Gates. BUt a few hints are in order.
be born into a somewhat wealth family
It helps a lot to have relatives with connections.
Adopt and practice the belief that any laws which interfere with your profits are bad laws and should be ignored.

Invest. Read. Get some knowledge. Invent a computer operating system that's better than Windows. Figure out a way to outdo Google and make a better search engine.
