I would *far* prefer Siena, as in Siena, Italy.
It's a staggeringly beautiful town in Tuscany, with more history than you can imagine, and quite a bit of noteworthy art, too.
Siena is a great place name for a girl.
The spelling Cienna looks, to my eye, like a pharmaceutical. "Did you get anything for your backache?" "Well, the doctor gave me Cienna, but if it doesn't work, I might have to see a specialist."
I'd much rather have this conversation: "Oh, Siena like the city? What a gorgeous place. Have you been?"

I really love the name cienna but i am not exactly a fan of the spelling. I mean it reminds me to much of a cinema idk but i love that name and think its beautiful

I agree with Verity Watson; I prefer it as the spelling of the actual city, Siena. (It's also the most beautiful town I've ever stayed in, so lots of good associations!)
