I keep finding very interesting news articles, and breaking news on local newspaper online that undoubtedly would be of interest to people around the US, and have not been able ever to use a LINK, since I don't know how to place them.

The easiest way to do it is to open two separate browser windows, one with the article, the other with YA. Then highlight the address of the article, right click, go to "copy" and put the cursor over on the YA page and right click again and hit "paste."
