I am pretty sure my husband is an "online cheater" But, he knows how to delete everything in the computer, so how the heck do i catch him? any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I'm 17, and caught my step-father at the age of 16 on purpose.
Check cookies and web history on your computer, text messages, tail them, check phone logs, voicemails, anything you can get your hands on. Check to see if they have a myspace page or facebook. My stepdad was 38 with a myspace page, check their hang out spots, there's a reason why they are there!

Ok I have got the answer. Download a Key logger onto your computer. You can do this for free and it does show what was typed and what sites were went to. you can also pay to use it and get screen shots every however often minutes. With this, you can have the contents emailed to your email every hour on the hour if you want to. BUT the thing is you have to move it to a folder on the comp that he will not have a reason to look in. and on the bottom tool bar it shows up after every restart. you just right click it and click hide. FINALLY you can password protect it so even if he does find it he can not get into it. I hope I helped you out

OK....I first have to say this and will then give you some tips. PLEASE be sure that you are prepared for whatever you might find. Sometimes just "knowing" in your heart or even "doubting" is enough. I don't think I was prepared for the DETAILS that I discovered and probably should have just left based on what I DID know...I could have spared my heart the deatils. With that being said.....there are ways and even websites that will help you track where he's been and who's he's talked to, but if he's as comuter savvy as you say, he may find them downloaded. Here's what worked for me...but it's for MSN Messenger...if he doesn't use this to chat with, then you may have to find out the steps for whatever programs you have. ON MSN messenger, sign in...click on TOOLS at the top...then go down to OPTIONS...click on the PREFERENCES tab. At the bottom where it says "FILE TRANSFER"...click on BROWSE out to the side. ...and choose a folder to download things in....My suggestion is to name this "Medical Receipts" or "Household inventory" or something that he normally would not use or suspect. You may even want to put it within another folder so he would have to first open one folder and then another to find it. Anyway....choose your "special" folder...and anything he receives or sends to someone else will be saved in this folder.
Another thing:
Click on START. click on SEARCH (the magnifying glass) click PICTURES...then click the box that says PICTURES AND PHOTOS click on SEARCH...THIS MAY TAKE A WHILE...and will not give you anything you probably haven't seen unless it's not been deleted....BUT THEN...when it finishes....click on INCLUDE HIDDEN FILES....this will bring up any pictures that have been deleted but are still saved in your computers hard drive or "cookies" or temporary internet files.
Hope this information helps you, but just be sure you truly are prepared for what you might find.

Yes, it is difficult to discover him cheating on line.
But, Tell him to please, not to use the computer so much and ask him to limit his time, because you want to spend his extra time with him.
Please, do not forget, if you know his e-mail address, you can go there and open his sent mail and see everyone he has e-mailed. Remember, it works both ways.
Is he worth keeping? If not cut him loose.
I only use the computer at home during certain times.
On line romances, sound so empty.
If he wants to go someplace alone, (probably to see his contact) go with him. He cannot have an answer everytime he wants to go out alone.

hey this works....well...i did it ok make a screenname up and say you meet him in a chat room try and find out what chat he goes into and u will know..whenu make up the name u say hello so tell me something about you are u single ,married etc..do you have pics and ,make sure u save a pic some cute girl never a porn star etc.and hell respond to i t and answer the questions it works alltehtime i caught people out there alot lol im a snooper and i dont care to admit it..,also there is a program u can put on ur comp it records all convos and passwords um..just look it up cant help u onb that but its another way they can erase all but that program keeps all files lol....good luck

You can get spy ware for your computer. My girlfriend did it to her computer and found all of the evidence that she needed.
