Literal silence can easily be filled by the raging winds of thought. In other words, if it's silent that just means my imagination is running wild and I'm deep within my own mind dreaming, and it's quite enjoyable.

I love silence at times and need it as well but of course this is coming from someone who rarely stops talking!
It would take a lot of self-control for me to keep silent all though I have done it once for 34 minutes of excruciating and extreme pain and managed to keep silent. GO FIGURE!

I love the silence.. If I can have it for a whole day or more - that would be wonderful. Not always do we need company.

Sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. It good after being in a noisy place, but then too much of it is a little scary and you need to break the silence.

having silence or not having that,well that depands on the manners of the people and also situation.
sometimes u need to be alone and swank in the silence of lambs and sometimes not in the same waY!!!!
