It depends on what YOU want to do in life. I would pick one, and take classes from some of the other curriculum's along the way. If you like something better, most of these classes will count towards the other majors. And changing majors isn't usually difficult.
If I had to pick from this list, I'd go for the accounting and finance major. Most managers and executives in major companies come out of the accounting or controller's office, it seems. They have the education and experience to manage the finances, which is ultimately the way to control a company. With this degree you'll be well suited to understand the financial situation in a business. Add a CPA after your name, and you'll be in great shape.
Assuming that's what you want to do, of course.

These are a bit highbrow for most universities these days. Try surfing or macrame. The reason I would choose these is that you actually have to attend at least one lecture in the four or more years you will spend attending university. With the courses you've listed, you get your degree free, simply for enrolling. But I'm not sceptical of higher education or anything!

Economics. It's an arts & sciences degree, which is broader than a business degree. It will give you more options post graduation and give you broader experiences while in school. Also, an A & S degree is usually considered more prestigious. Remember, the CPA down your street is an accountant, but Alan Greenspan is an economist.
