You can only ask the owner of the property, neighbors, and anyone else who might know. There is no database covering the information you seek.

You may not find anyone who is sufficiently familiar with the property to give you your answer, especially if the home is older.

You could contact the police dept, or talk to the owner and look at the abstract. It will have a list of all previous persons who lived in the house all the way back. Then search from there online.
