Absolutely. You need to relax, hold your head up, keep your hands apart. Try to sit at angle to the interviewer rather than face to face. Remember, they are just trying to get to know you, treat this just like you would when you meet a new potential friend. It helps to go in feeling like you don't need the job, don't be desperate! Try asking them questions. People love to talk about themselves and by asking them ??'s you will help them relax. Little known fact: many inerviewers are also nervous.

Interviews are hardest when you are unemployed and you have convinced yourself that you ABSOLUTELY need the job. You put too much pressure on yourself to be perfect. The best time to interview is when you already have a job and you are looking for something slightly better. You will find the interview process is much more relaxed.

Understand that the interview is not to see if you are qualified, but to see if you will fit in their particular looney bin.

They want to see your personality will fit with the crazy people that already work there.

Relax because you are already qualified for the job.

What you need to do is show an attitude that says you will make their team even better.
