why??,,i'm kinda a PvP guy and PvE isn't top on my agenda so should i get Factions or nightfall???

If you are serious about competing in PvP then you will eventually need all the campaigns + Eye of the North. Each game has a set of skills available which is unique to that campaign and you'll soon find that many of the builds that your team wants to to run will include skills from different campaigns.
Find and join a decent PvP guild which will help you learn the basics and get you started on your road to fame and glory.

A lot of skills are designed for pvp play and the professions (assassin and ritualist) are not best suited to pve because of the vulnerability of the assassin and the long recharge of the ritualist. Factions also has alliance battles (12v12 pvp). The pve in factions is tedious and boring and you can get to lvl 20 in about 4-6 hours.
I would get factions just for the ab but nightfall also has far better pve and good skills so it is your choice, both are good.
