I have left before when I was done it was Great to get done early and be home early! It did sucked on payday but at the time it was Great!! I work at a car dealership in Ohio.

Sometimes,I live and work in a pub!
I've forgotten what it feels like to finish work and go home to a different building, I just go upstairs and I'm still on call until we close.

Many companies now follow this rule of thumb. Don't care when you come or go as long as the work is done and done well.
