I have time warner cable and have no clue when they play and what channels to watch I want to get this info for him so if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

Go to myp2p.eu, they broadcast the Chinese sports channels. Since Yao plays for Houston, every Rockets game is on.

go to myp2p.eu and then click on NBA.
They not only have Rockets games but most other games on TV as well.

NBA tv. thats what I watched last season when TNT or ESPN didn't have games.
