about 6 months ago i had a breast lift and implants put in. i wanted 200cc implants , he talked me into 275cc implants. i wanted a full anchor style lift ,he talked me into a partial lolly pop style lift. i wanted the implants inserted under the muscle ,he told me 2 days after surgery that he decided to go over the muscle. i feel that there is still to much skin left and they look to big, and fake because they are over the muscle! i told him i was unhappy 3 mths ago and he said wait and see how i feel about them in 1 year! every month i feel they look worse and worse! i paid $10,000and he came highly recomended from lots of doctors at yale. what should i do?

I think you pose a great question-
and for every one elses comments- might i add, that its very easy for a doctor to talk a regular person into something -because we trust them to take care of us, and they are the professionals- if they do this every day multiple times -chances are theyve seen your situation before and usually know whats best. so we take thier advice and also usually ask them what they suggest and what their proffesional opinion is?
just dont do that this time- maybe you can make sure gabby is in the room at this time that you are talking. so she can remind him DURING surgery about how strongly you feel if he begins to sway his way again.
you already know the best way to tell him you are unhappy- you will do it just fine.
also lets get his email address so a couple of nights before sugery we can brief him again on what we really want.
so dont put yourself down to hard for listening to him- but this time please be polite and firm with what you want. (remember im after you)
and remember this - they look better than 9 out of 10 sets of boobs out there anyway.

I recommend not get plastic surgery in first place. There is too many problems with breast lift or any kinds that you have. Most of them are not safe or any kinds. I have friend had breast surgery three years ago. She was not happy as all. She had her breast was bleeding under breast. They had to re-done her surgery again. Right now, She doing fine and she still not happy as all. It'a kind of wasting the money for her surgery. She'll never goes back again.

You need to just tell him that you didn't get what you wanted and would like it redone NOW as the more time that goes by the more unhappy you are. Explain to him you want it done correctly now so that they are settled and healed well for next years bikini season. Good Luck

You should have never went with what he thought would be good. You knew exactly what you wanted from the begining so you should have gone with your heart. You paid alot of money also so I would be upset. You need to tell him again. Most likely nothing will happen, but you will come out with a learning experience. It sucks but you either have to deal with them or go back and have them redone the way you wanted. Good luck

why did u let him talk u into doing it those ways he doesnt sound like a good doctor to me i would go back to him and tell him to fix them or sue! but then u think he didnt do it right the first time so why would u want him to do it a second time? so u should think hard about seeing a different doctor

I dont think he could put it over the muscle when you told him to put it under the muscle, he could probably get into some deep sh*t for that. You shouldn't have let him talk you into anything and he shouldn't have even tried unless it was fore medical reasons.

Just for future reference, it is your body, NEVER let the doctor TELL YOU what he is going to do. You need to TELL HIM what he is going to do. Now all you can do is tell him you are not happy and fix what is wrong. $10,000 is alot of money to spend on something you are not happy with. Just be up front and honest with him, don't let him bully you just because he is a "DR". He sounds like a real as* to me.

You need to tell him that it's your body and you want what you want, period! If he can't or just won't fix it the sue the hell outta him! It sounds to me like you actually knew what you wanted and told him as much. Don't let him delay you on this
