Well that's a funny question cos only each individual person can judge for themselves from their own experience, what they find rewarding. I guess you need to think about what you want to do later career-wise and then make your choice. Keep in mind that if you want to be a clinical psychologist you would have to go on and do your Masters Degree too. You can't really practise with just a Bachelors.
Both subjects are very interesting, so why not just take a couple of courses in both and see which one appeals to you more?

Using easiness as a criteria is not a very good one. Easy majors can be extremely boring to someone who is not used to it. Anyway, the initial group of courses for both majors is probably the same since sociology depends on psychology, so you will get a feeling for whether psychology is what you want. BTW: There is a field called social physchology, too.

Sociology is easier. A degree in psych won't do much for you unless you go on to get your Ph.D. which can take an additional 6 or more years.
Rewarding is a different question, that will depend on how you define rewarding.

Perhaps sociology is easier, but psychology is definitely more rewarding.....there you can understand people while dealing with them, on a more personal level...

sociology is miserable i think, its all a bunch of theorys with nothing to back it up, now psychology is much more meatier, you learn far more about yourself and others than you ever will with sociology. i'd go for psychology. but ultimately you should do what interests you the most.

Depends on what you want to do with it. They're both pretty unrewarding if you aren't heading down a career path that uses it. But otherwise, I would agree with the other answerer. Psychology has a lot more options with just a BA.

They're both pretty easy, but neither of them will get you a job that pays well unless you get at the very least a Masters and in all likelihood a Doctorate.
Many bank tellers have Batchelor degrees in these areas.

Obviously if there were an answer to that question, one of the subjects would no longer exist.
Which is the better sound? A c#? or an E flat? Do you understand now?

Honestly, Neither becuase both major is taking stupid lecture classes expensive books and memorizing terms and vocab which doesn't challenge anyone. Only cute blonde ditzy soroity girls take them which they won't find a job execpt "working" at a club.
Why don't you try a better major (which is anything except soc, psy, comm, and art).
