Seriously, as one of the Denver news guys said, Fortunately for the Rockies, even a 13-1 game only counts as 1 loss. I don't really do statistics, but I'm pretty sure lots of teams have lost game 1 and still come back to win the Series. I think it will go to at least game 5, probably beyond.
By the way, I peeked at your profile (or whatever it's called) and I'm sorry for your loss. My Dad passed away 3 years ago, and then my grandma the following year. The only brief advice I can offer is to accept and find ways to deal with whatever you feel (even when something hits unexpectedly). Don't let anyone tell you how you "should" feel.

Everyting points to yes and if I were a betting man I would definitely say this doesn't go further than 5 games, but you saw what happened last year. This is a lot different, but the better team doesn't always win.

I am from UK and watched the first game last night....there were so many runs scored I thought it was a cricket match....it was not as one sided as it seemed as most runs were scored after two outs....so it could have been very different....hope it evens out to a more even contest.

I think it will be. Colorado can't compete with Boston at all. I see the Red Sox winning the Championship in no more than 5 games.

Even though I'm a Red Sox fan and I would like to say "yes" to support my team....its just too early to tell!!! The Rockies could always come back!!!

this is just game 1 you guys,this does not mean they won the ws.remember how the red sox were 3-1,eveyone thought you guys should hang up your towel and start packing.but you guys came back and start winning,and made to the ws.thats what the rockies will do to you guys...hopefully

Yes. The Red Sox are alot better. People forget how much better the American League is.
