Lennox's anti-Peters campaign shows no sign of slowing down, though his tactics have generated complaints.

Both Lennox and college Dean Pamela Gates filed police complaints against each other after Lennox requested Peters' e-mails under the Freedom of Information Act. At one point in the brief video, also posted online, Gates it seen gesturing into the camera at close range, and it then goes out of focus, as if it has been struck.

Lennox is heard saying, "Don't touch my camera," suggesting that Gates either touched it or attempted to.

Lennox said he started videotaping Gates after she refused to take the request and ordered him out of her office.

"She accosted, assaulted and battered me," Lennox said. "Whether you're a liberal or conservative, we all have to live and play by the same rules. I seemed to learn something in first grade that you keep your hands to yourself."

For some reason, I doubt this guy would be raising much of a stink if the professor were a Republican. Not only that, but I don't understand why he's complaining about a candidate holding down a full-time job. Perhaps he thinks that only the superrich who can afford to not work should be allowed to run for public office.

Being a good young Republican is not going to college. College teaches you how to think rationally and what education is all about. You can't be a Republican if you're informed other wise you would be a liberal.

Look at PNAC Penelope and Dead Marxist. Those people fit the bill of good young Republicans. They're uneducated, ignorant, border-line racists and have zero respect for the truth. Again, they're model Republicans.

This Lennox kid needs to have his butt kicked, and hard.

Candidates can't work while they are candidates?! If this kid is a poli sci major, then Central Michigan State U is a shtt school, most certainly.

Republicans are not the party of fear and smear for nothing. This young Republican is just trying to emulate the Republican leadership. You cannot get anywhere in the Republican party by having high morals or ethics.

I love the fact that he contacted the ACLU to help him defend his case! Isn't it funny how the right will use the organizations they are so quick to condemn when no one else will listen!

He expects the professor to give up his job to run for congress, but what if he doesn't win then he is out of a job. This guy is a loony media whore.

So, if a Republican asks a Democrat for answers it's harassment? I bet you wouldn't have a problem with it if the parties were reversed.

Does being a good liberal professor mean giving a student that doesn't agree with a bad grade, even after you have presented verifiable evidence of your position.

Maybe they should be forced to taste the medicine they are prescribing.
