Do you support deportation if this person here illegally is from Ireland, or England, or Germany, or Italy, or Australia?
Or just those from South/Latin America??

Thank You, As Always!

I would like everyone here illegally deported. I'm not really sure it's realistic as there are so many but if it was up to me they'd all be gone.......

It's the law. The deportation of illegals is an equal opportunity.

But if a person comes with a visitor visa and overstays, even if he is caught working, is not an illegal alien. They will be asked to leave voluntarily. They can then apply for readmission and have no black mark against them. Should they not accept the offer, they will receive a deportation hearing. If they lose and are deported, they will be denied all future entry visas to the US and if caught again treated for the felony illegal entry it is.

Why do illegals sneak in? Simple. They are already convicted criminals in either the US or their own country. And that, simply put, the facts.

The US, as well as all countries have laws governing legal and illegal immigration. Many other countries are not suffering the influx of illegals that the US is experiencing. Mainly from the other countries listed, with the exception of Mexico, most apply for legal immigration. If they do come illegally, they are deported. Skin color being the main source of profiling illegals. Mexicans are the main target.

Here in Boston back in 1989/90 there was a large influx of Irish into this city. All the illegal Irish who overstayed their visas in Boston were ruthlessly rounded up in 1990/91 by the INS and shipped back to Ireland.

Illegal Canadians and Lithuanians and Polish here in Boston are routinely shipped back to their respective countries.

What in the world makes 10 million illegal Mexicans in the USA any different than illegal Irish, Polish, Canadian, Lithuanians?

It really makes no different where there from. If they are illegal they really don't belong here. There are many roads they can go down to become legal, unless the back ground check isn't good. Then we really don't need them here.

I don't, and will never understand why we don't spend more energy and moneys on our own people. I just went to the S.S. office as I have become old enough to draw. I was shocked when I discovered the people before me was here for 2 months, with 4 kids, and no job, was going to draw more than 3 times what I was going to get. They paid 0 in, and then I'm told its based on what you have paid in. Da!

I'm always amazed at what I hear - what benefits illegals are receiving. What part of illegal isn't understood? While I believe very strongly in helping people, I do not, and will not, support any action that promotes illegal activity. The United States has an open door policy - and I support that - and people can come here from all over the world - legally through proper channels. If anyone comes here illegally, regardless of their point of origination, they should be deported.

I think that if you wanna live in America you should get a citizenship and pay taxes like the rest of us have to. Nothing in life is free. America wouldn't be America without all the different and wonderful cultures here. But, being legal is important. Being here illegally makes you either too lazy to go thru the cycle or you are avoiding something illegal in itself. When I have traveled I had to use my Visa to get into other countries. It's the same here.

Illegal is illegal as far as I'm concerned.
If you knock on my door I may invite you in, but if you walk in like you own the place and demand as rights what we are told are privileges, such as driving, or benefits you haven't payed into, like food, housing, financial, or educational, then I feel you should get out. Those people are a burden on a system payed for by U.S. citizens with the intention of helping U.S. citizens.
Maybe they should try to change their countries to be more like ours if they like our system instead of trying to make our country more to their liking.
Where you come from just doesn't matter. Ask before you enter!

Let's face it everyone in the US is there illegally with the exception of the Native Americans and most of them were massacred a long time ago anyway - I say kick them all out (perhaps they could join the Palestinians in the refugee camps they did so much to help set up) and turn the whole place into a rain forest - help the environment and make the World a much safer place.
