A few years ago, in a clothes shop, I saw a woman putting some clothes into her bag. She saw that I had seen....but I couldn't bring myself to tell the shop assistants/security, because she had a baby and a young child with her. I know I was wrong to do nothing, but just couldn't because of the situation.
Has anything happened to you like this?

Gosh your question has brought back to my mind something that happened to me many years ago when I was a teenager, even now the thought of it fills me with horror. I was walking home along the river path at twilight when I noticed a few yards in front of me a man with a small boy. As I continued it became obvious to me that the man was sexually abusing the boy.All sort of thoughts flashed through my mind about what could happen to me if I tried to stop him but I just knew I had to do something so I ran up and literally grabbed the boy away from him and ran with him in the opposite direction until I was sure he wasn't following us, then I took him home and told his Mother who told the police. It turned out that the little boy knew the man, who was a teacher and other children came forward to incriminate him.

I'm a very sad, much too honest person.
I have stopped people about to leave stores with goods they haven't purchased and pointed out that if I saw them - so did other people.
I argue when I am undercharged and demand to pay the right amount.
Today, I wandered out of the supermarket with my sandwiches in the basket (having bought my coffee at Starbucks first & gone into automatic mode). I got to the car before realising I hadn't actually paid - turned around & went to the cashiers to own up!
I have stepped into fights in the street (wish I looked a bit more scary - but maybe a short busty blonde scares most men?)
I wonder sometimes if I am completely insane - or just a little!

Yes, last weekend I saw someone vandalising a van. The thing is though, he was a really old man, and he was smashing the windows and mirrors with his walking stick!
I asked him what the hell he was doing and he said he was getting revenge for all the heartache the owner of the van had caused him!
There was obviously a story there, but I guess I'll never know because he wheezed off along the road at that point. I could have restrained him and called the police, but I didn't feel right about it.

Christmas isn't the Birthday of Jesus. It change into followed as such by the Catholic Church and the Pope of the time contained in the sixth Century advert. For Europeans earlier good that Christmas change into the Mid wintry climate dinner party - there have been distinct diverse pagan fesitivals and rituals celebrated about that aspect. The Church did it truly is spectacular to entice human beings jointly by arising Christmas. JWs keep in mind that there is not any man or woman on earth who can inform you the genuine birthday of Christ. bypass examine your KG V and tell me December 25 is honestly stated in it. No, i'm no longer a JW :)

Call it absent-mindedness, or just not paying attention, but I once saw smoke drifting out of a building and thought nothing of it. A few seconds later folks all around me were yelling and running because the place was on fire and it hadn't registered until they said something. Scary. To this day I wonder why I missed the obvious. The building was saved, and no one hurt, no thanks to me...

Yeah, the baby and young child sealed the deal for you. I think I would have reacted the same way. I wouldn't want to see her thrown in jail either, leaving her children unclothed, hungry, homeless, or worse. It's all about choices! Sometimes we wisely make them, sometimes not. Often, we respond from the heart!

Yes...once I saw a group of guys beat up another guy, but I felt helpless being the only girl there. Plus, I was with the guys doing the beating up...I may have gotten into trouble too. I still think about the poor guy they beat up. :-(
