Having an Ex in today's society is almost akin to a status symbol. I feel left out. I want one too. Can anyone help me...?

" Kitchen ": Go back and reread my question. I never said " everyone " has an Ex. I said it " SEEMS NEARLY everyone has an EX these days. Besides, it was a joke, a tongue - in - cheek, facetious type question. Geesh, some people wouldn't recognize a joke if it jumped up and bit 'em on the nose...!

Believe me it is very very painful to have an 'ex'. No one would choose to have an 'ex'. Fortunately, I have never been in contact with my ex since he dumped me but it took many years to get over the hurt as it does once you are intimate with someone. So, thank your lucky stars you don't have one!

Do you even have a significant other? If so, the relationship must not be going so well if you are thinking about having an "ex" simply for society.

You will have one soon.

Doing anything because you think everyone else is doing it is shallow, self centered and stupid. Live your own life not "everyone" else's. Not everyone has an ex by the way.

You are welcome to mine. I can even give you his address,. and he's rich. However, I would not wish the poor guy on anyone. Its really sad. All brains, but no common sense.
