The only one of those things listed that anyone ever taught me was to ride a bike. And that of course was my Dad when I was small.
I was raised in a household where I wasn't allowed to cook, or clean or even do laundry. It really hurt me when I joined the Army and I had to wash my own clothes. I was too embarrassed to tell anyone I had never done laundry and put my uniforms in the washer with a container or bleach and an entire container of detergent. I had to buy all new uniforms and everyone sent their Saturday afternoon and evening cleaning up after the mess I made that overflowed from the laundry into the halls, etc. I took cooking lessons. I don't remember about shaving.
That's why I taught my boys from jump street. I didn't want them to not know how to take care of themselves. I wish my Mother would have let me expereince it instead of keeping me away from it. But, I still love her.

Cook- Any cooking I learned I learned from Dad but mostly I am self taught.
Shave- I don't. When I did, no one taught me and I cut myself a lot
Clean the house - Mom

Ride a bike - Dad
Dad also taught me and my sister how to skip.

My mom taught me the basics of cooking I taught myself the rest by trial and error
I taught myself to shave and have some scars on my legs to show it hahaha ha
My beloved mother taught me the beauty and the joy of a well kept house.
Again my mother taught me to do the laundry to learn all about getting out the stains I have learned tricks from all my friends and family!
My daddy taught me to ride a bike. He was so proud! So was I. I felt so free!
