You either have to completely disassemble the column down to the tilt knuckle and tighten the support bolts or replace the column. These will not require any new parts usually as only the bolts that support the tilt knuckle have come loose. You have to remove the steering wheel, signal switch with harness, ignition tumbler, tilt cover and housing along with any extra cruise wiring and rods. The four bolts are the last thing in there. You will require special tools for wheel and locking plate removal. These are not for a beginner.

the 1st poster is correct but make sure you put some 242 loctite(small screw threadlocker) on the screws before you tighten them and they'll never come loose again on their own

New column would be cheaper.
