How can I find out if someone has a living revocable trust?
Is it easier to discover if they are their own trustor than if they have someone else as the trustor?

I don't have much money and have a small claims case and the defendant is saying that suing her is pointless cause she has no money. However, I know (believe) through a friend that she has a couple living revocable trusts.
How do I find out?

There are a number of ways to find assets. However you have the cart before the horse. You do not have to prove that she has the assets to win your judgment, only that she should pay. Once the judgment is entered you can start the collection process.

I found this site with a Google search. maybe it will help: http://www.nolo.com/resource.cfm/catID/697A614B-B8AD-43EB-BE4B39DA5E65686B/104/308/191/
