i was on anti-biodics for a week and i have been sick....

There are a lot of reasons, stress, too much weight gain, too much weight loss, pregnancy, the anti-biotic. It could be a number of things.
It is best to call your doctor. Also I would suggest a pregnancy test if this is possible for you.

My GF takes the Deppo shot and she only has her period every 3 months. Birth control pills can jack up your period as well.

If you just started taking the pill you need to give it time to regulate with your body.
Stress, health, and other reasons could delay your period as well.
