These are simply my opinions, don't take offense
Cameron Adam and Gabriel Ethan - pretty good names although I'm not sure that I like Gabriel
Ellen Alexis and Zoe Grace - I don't really like the name Zoe and Ellen is a little old fashioned for my taste
Cameron Gabriel and Zoe Ellen - I definitely like Gabriel more as a middle name and again, I don't really like Zoe. I think Alexis Ellen sounds better.
We have 10 month old twins, girl/boy. Their names are Kendyll Rae and Karson Paul.

Those look good. They only suggestion I could mak would be with Boy/Girl making the boy name Gabriel Cameron...and switching the Girl/Girl names to be Ellen Grace and Zoe Alexis. These run together better in my opinion, but I don't know the last name so that could change thing.

Twins, seems like everyone is having them these days! I'm jealous though, I want twins someday.
Ok so I like your Cameron and the good thing with it is it can work for a female too. Gabriel sounds so cute and innocent. I'm not to fond of Ellen, but Zoe can work. I prefer it spelt Zoey.
two boys: Cameron Ethan & Gabriel Adam (sounds better)
two girls: Ellen and Zoe actaully sound nice together.
boy+girl: Cameron and Zoe also sound nice together.
Heres my favourite names:
Kira, Lily, Ella, Miley, Sydney, Audrey
Adrian, Calvin, Dallas, Julian, Miles, Kassius
For twin boys: Adrian Adam and Julian Cameron
though Adrian and Julian sound very similar, it is aloud since they are twins. They are my favourite names, I don't know if you like them though? You should consider them :).
For twin girls: Kira Marie and Ella Alexis
Ella is similar to your Ellen, but I find it's a much nicer name. Kira Marie is my name, haha, but I do really love it. Kira and Ella, they're both so short and feminin and sound amazing for siblings let alone twins.
Boy and Girl: Calvin Ethan and Kelsey Grace
Now you can't tell me Calvin and Kelsey don't sound great together, it's undeniable! They are common names, well not as much Calvin, but they are very well liked.

For me, names have to have meaning behind them, either as a family name or what the name means itself - so I would not choose Alexis or Cameron.
Zoe Grace or Zoe Ellen or Ellen Grace or even Grace Ellen, Gabriel Adam or Gabriel Ethan or Ethan Adam or Adam Ethan would be better choices in my opinion.
