You could say electricity is related to biology. Nerve synapses communicate with tiny little electric shocks.

As for lightning? Not as such. Unless maybe you were talking about the origins of organic life. The Miller-Urey tests showed that you could get some complex organic molecules from scratch by subjecting a primordial 'soup' to UV radiation and electricity. This is not fully understood.

You'd probably have to spend a lot of time studying organic chemistry and physical chemistry to get close to the real answers in this sense. You could make it your thesis project!

Lightning is quite a big source of nitrates, which plants need. Sources are anywhere you do a search.

You could say it, but it wouldn't be accurate. Biology is the study of life and living things. Lightning is neither living, nor associated with anything living (other than by striking it).
