I know you usually loose weight breast feeding, but do your breasts get smaller as well? Or bigger? Do they go back to their original size after you stop feeding, or do they change forever?

When my daughter was born I decided to breastfeed and it came to a point where my breasts would become so full of milk that I had no choice but to let her nurse. I went to back to work after just 2wks and I started nursing a lot less. My breasts have now gone back to what they once were. But everyone is different! My mother went from a AA at the beginning of her pregnancy and is now a DD. =\

My breasts didn't get smaller until I stopped nursing... well they changed size if they were full of milk or not, but they didn't go back to their regular size until I was done.

Mine aren't the same perky shape as they used to be, but they're basically the same size now.

They change forever. They get bigger while you are breastfeeding but mine went back to my original size just a slightly less appealing shape. I plan on breastfeeding again so who knows what will happen this time.

It's pregnancy that changes your boobs, breastfeeding just gets the blame :)

I haven't weaned yet, but mine are still fine and we're down to 3 nursings a day, so I never get very full anymore. Even right after I'm done nursing my daughter, they're still pretty close to how they were before. So were my mom's, though. It has a lot to do with genetics, your age, if you wear a well-fitting bra, etc.

After nursing 4 boys I can tell you that mine got slightly larger, but less perky and more (for lack of a better word) saggy. I wouldn't have it any other way though because, I know I did what was best for my boys.
