I know most of her stories are very short... I've read a few of them but I want one that is fairly popular because I'll need to be able to find research information on it. Any ideas?

The Big Wave is a book but it is only 64 pages long according to Amazon . com. It is an excellent book about a tsunami that wipes out a Japanese village as told by a young survivor.

The Big Wave is about 80 pages, I believe. Nice, easy read.
