Which one can produce the best graphics?

PS3! Better graphics and you get a Blu-Ray Player! Unlike Xbox 360 you get a HD-DVD. Blu-Ray is awesome! Trust me, that's the reason why I bought my PS3 and I have not regreted it.

They both produce about the same quality although on HD Format, Most PS3 Games only display in a 720p since thats what TV's in Japan go up to
Where as 360 displays in 1080p since its an American System

Some would say the 360 does and some would say the PS3 does. You can go to Gamespot and they give you a mouse over comparison of various games on both systems so you can decide for yourself.
The images they show you are of the 360's graphics and you can place your mouse over the images to make it switch to PS3 graphics.

PS3 has blueray which plays in 1080 P. 360 only plays in 1080 i. P is better then i.
