I typed in the http://192.168.1.1 like my instructions said, but the website never loads. I need the number to enter into my router so i can acess xbox live. Please help.

Go to run....type cmd and hit enter it will take you to a command prompt screen. Type ipconfig /all and it will give you all the informaiton you need for your computer.

Try different variations on that number, some modems/routers have different addresses like "192.168.0.1" or something very similar...but it should always start with 192.168.xxx.xxx...
There's also a remote possibility someone else could have accessed that page and changed the default address, try re-booting the modem (holding in the reset button for AT LEAST 1 MINUTE) and then try it again with the default address. Also make sure you enable encryption on your wifi to prevent unathorized access.
If you just need the SSID, then get a laptop and search for wireless networks - yours *should* be the one that has the most connectivity (the most green bars.) - provided of course that the wifi is enabled on your router.

It's obviously the wrong IP address for your router. Some routers default to 192.168.2.1
