Not too much. But I hope they work out the bugs better than in KOTOR II.

Don't think there's been any confirmation by Obsidian, since they have their hands full with some other games

EDIT 10/28: Not sure if you'll see this but I just read on GameSpot there's a rumor going around that BioWare's MMORPG in development may possibly KOTOR 3
