It is called vasectomy . The chances of conception after a man has had a vasectomy and has been confirmed to be sterile (by doing a sperm count after the procedure to make sure its a 100% success and he is completely sterile) are approximately 1 in 4,500. The chances of conception after a vasectomy reversal are related to several issues including the type of reversal, the age of the female partner, and the sperm count after the reversal. There is a still small chance that a vasectomy can reverse itself. I'd imagine that he would have to go to a doctor and give a sperm/semen sample to tell.
If you have had your tubes tied, there's no way you can be pregnant.
However, you can get pregnant any point during your cycle. If you know for a fact that you weren't ovulating your chances are slim. But not all woman ovulate at the same point in their cycle. You will be able to tell when you don't get your period. ALthough they say there are some pregnancy tests that can be done before your missed period.

when a guy has the procedure done it is called a vascteomy. It is possible for a women to get pregnant with her tubes tied, but not likely, if so a miscarriage or a tubal pregnancy may result. a womens chances decrease after the cycle. 3 day's before ovulatng is the best time.

It's called a vasectomy.
For 2 - 3 months afterwards men apparently still carry sperms, so if he had it done recently it's possible that you could be pregnant.
You will most likely fall pregnant around when you ovulate, rather than just after your periods.
Wait till you're a few days late with your period and take a test.
Good luck =D

For men, it is a vasectomy.
The man will still have semen for about six weeks after - and then should go for a check up to be sure procedure worked.
[ rarely happens, but sometimes doesn't take ].
The woman would get pregnant the same old way, at the same old time in her cycle.
