Okay the LAST court order says exactly this!

petitioner shall have the following visitation

1. Any day the children are at the first baptist child development center, from 2-5 p.m. with 24 hour advance notice

2. If and when the Respondend finds an appropriate third party to supervise visitation, father will have supervised visitation every other weekend on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm

Further it is ordered that he complete 52 hour anger management, register for the next class. Continue counseling, and at cope, and stay on his medication

"which he has not proven yet to the court or myself that he has done anything"

The kid's are no longer at the daycare due to my schedule changing. Son is also in school till 2:30

SO..I sent him this proposal..

In order to keep your supervised visitations i am proposing this due to a work schedule change and school starting. Mc donalds from 3-5 (due to those 2 things) I or someone I have picked will supervise you.
He signed and dated.

The only thing is that you are shortening his visitation hours which I would think is not within the idea of the court order. If you were to make it from 3 to 6 then I would think it would be OK.

Anyway, I lawer would be able to answer this much better.

You have to go throught the court to have ANYTHING within the court order changed. Just because he signed and dated your proposal doesn't make it legal, doesn't mean he has to comply with it.

Kids=Pawns

Pawns are to manipulated and used against your opponent.
Pawns are also considered worthless and are used solely to achieve triumph over your opponent.

Try playing chess. Its much more strategic and doesn't involve little, impressionable human lives as game pieces.
