Is this menopause or what ?

I AM A 44 YR OLD AND VERY HEALTHY.I HAVE BEEN REG. AND FULL FORCE WITH BAD CRAMPS FOR 7 DAYS ,UP UNTIL THIS MONTH .I STARTED 3 DAYS LATE AND HAVE JUST SPOTTED VERY LIGHTLY FOR 4 DAYS WITH MILD CRAMPS .WHAT'S GOING ON ? COULD I BE PREGNANT OR IS IT MENOPAUSE ?

Probably either. Menopause starts gradually, and some of the symptoms are very like pregnancy. If you're worried call your doc.
