I believe it's 60-42 for the American League. They get the edge mainly thanks to the Yankees, who have 26. They're followed by the A's with 9, Red Sox with 6, Tigers with 4, 3 each from the Orioles, White Sox and Twins, two from the Jays and Tribe, and singles from the Angels and Royals.

American because ever since the American league won the All-Star Game 9 times in a row they can play in the world series on the 1st game at home and besides they have more exprience
