I play the guitar, but when ever I play it, my fingers start to hurt. It is really my true passion. I also play piano, so I don't want my fingers to stop letting me play piano, too. HELP!!!

omg i play guitar and piano too. but piano is my passion. but umm maybe u should play a little bit lesser than ur playin now because if u do play for a long time everyday of course ur fingers are gonna hurt.. so try shortenin (spellcheck) the time

i don't know, honestly. i've noticed that Esteban has longer finger nails so he can play without picks & such.
i love music too, so i can see how it's a dilemma for you. i wouldn't want to stop playin' either, so you may just have to find a reasonable amount of downtime from guitar and use that time to play piano.

Talk to a doctor, my fiance has the same problem with typing. He was persribed meds that has helped him a lot. He rarely has any issues now.

Have you tried some over the counter drugs with Glutamine.
