I think revenge is bad. It's good for the moment, but after wards, I feel like I shouldn't have given that person that much attention from me. Yes I have sought revenge on someone.

Depends on how bad they did me. Though some people are against revenge, I can see taking revenge in certain situations. It would also be well planned out.

I'm not a submissive dog. If someone kicks me, I do not roll over on my back and beg for more- I show my teeth. And if that's not enough, then yes, I bite. And I feel damned good about it, too.
In other words, I do not take revenge for small things, but if I or people I love get hurt, then I -will- take revenge, most happily. Iif people continue to be a$$holes, then they deserve what they get. I'm not going to wait for some force that may or may not exist to do it for me.

i believe it is not a good idea in everyday life. i spent a long time trying to get revenge on people and found it brought me nothing but unhappiness and unpleasantness in life. let the little things go, but if someone just WON'T leave you alone or does something heinous to you, or if someone ever wrongs a family member or close friend go for that revenge... that's my opinion.

I love this question. My strongest belief is that 'what goes around, comes around.' I live my life that way. I know not to do wrong to someone because I don't want it to come back to me or someone I love. Also, when someone does me wrong (and it's happened plenty of times) I let it go. I know that person has it coming back to them. Even more than normal because I'm a good person. So let it ride, karma's a biatch.

Revenge is egotistical and only hurts yourself. That individual will 'get theres' via karma some day. If you go after them, they you are basically "opening a new case". The karma for your behavior will come back to you.

About twenty years ago I had a girlfriend who, out of nowhere, dumped me for her ex. So I went to her house in the middle of the night and dumped several handfulls of gravel down her gas tank.
I was quite happy after that.
