It's when your turtle head comes out of it's shell if you understand that metaphor...?
The question is basically asking, "Have you ever deficated while in the bath?"
To answer the question, yes once when I was five, but I don't have baths any more I have showers ;)

well then, everyone is answering this as if it's got something to do with sex or farting....MY first thought was if I followed through my intentions to having a nice long bath, meaning no interuptions while taking my bath...I'm gonna answer....HAHA, not after having 2 kids. I get in, get clean, get out then go clean up whatever mess my kids made while I was "trying" to enjoy a bath....but I would LOVE to follow through with my bath....that would be soooo nice!

no but my sister in law did on holidays this year.
she had a severe tummy bug, went to the toilet to vomit fluffed and followed through all over the bath!
then she had to pay £150 doctors fees for injections and tablets. and clean the mess up!!!!!

I havn't personally but just recently my son had a dose of the trots and he was in the bath with his mum when he decided to, as you so brilliantly put it, "followed thru". I thought it was hilarious, but she wasn't too happy about it.

that hasnt happened to me in the bath but in the shower it did.. i'd not had any tea and had a couple of glasses of red before going out on the razz. i was boogying to some music and hadnt even noticed i'd farted until i went to shave my legs.......................
