I go to sleep between 10:45-12:00, and wake up around 7:30, but I ALWAYS wake up tired.

Mind you, after 8:30 or 9:00, I feel 100%. I feel fully refreshed and energized, and I don't feel tired up until 10:30 pm or so.. But I'm always groggy and find it impossible to get up on time in the morning.

I exercise regularly, eat healthy, and sleep on a tempurpedic matress.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you're getting enough sleep, but it may be the quality of your sleep that's lacking. It also may be that your sleep schedule does not match up with your body clock. You can try taking a warm shower or bath an hour before bedtime to help reset your body temperature (as it starts cooling down, it signals your body to prepare for sleep). Taking Melatonin supplements may also help regulate your sleep patterns. I used to have this problem chronically. I felt like I only got restorative sleep between about 8am and noon. It's difficult when you have to be awake and functional at that time. What worked for me was just getting into a regular routine. Of course I still hate getting up at 6am every morning, but at least I can function throughout the day without falling asleep. If you drink alcohol or a lot of caffeine, that can seriously disrupt sleep patterns. Continue what you're doing as far as nutrition and exercise, cut down on alcohol and caffeine, and stick to a strict routine for a few weeks to a month, and see if you don't feel better. If all else fails, you might see if your health insurance covers a sleep study. They can tell you if there's something else going on, like a sleep disorder.

you might need to sleep more or when you go to bed your brain might be thinking of soo many thing like work the next day,you dirty laundry, your bank acount, ect who know sometimes it helps to meditate all you need to do is lay down in bed close your eyes and keep saying to yourself calm calm calm calm calm calm and then say your body is calm and then say calm calm calm calm your body is calm do this for about 5-15 minutes is will help clear your brain from the stress and things you are currently thinking about also if you eat right before you go to bed that can also be the reason eat atleast 2 hours before you go to bed and lastley if your not getting enough exerices it can somehow make you even more tired you want to try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day by just doing simple thing like going for a walk, bike ridding, roller skating, dance to some music, ect

hope i helped
