I would buy a new saw.

As mentioned try a Motor Rebuild Shop. Alternator/Starter Repair shop may have also.
Then, as mentioned, you may have to buy another saw, but, I would almost bet money a motor repair shop can help.

I assume you mean brushes as in the brushes inside the electrical motor? Any electric motor rebuild shop should be able to set you up. They are fairly generic.
