My parents never did but I will with my kids. It will make me fell like a kid again and I will want to connect with my kids, and have them help me pick out my costume or make it to go along with theirs.

When they were babies I didn't but now that they are old enough to really enjoy Halloween, I do. I think more moms should. What is the point of walking around with your kids dressed in jeans and hanging out in the background while they have fun? It's only one night a year when your kids aren't embarressed by you acting childish with them. One year my son was a tiger, daughter was a lion, and I wore safari gear. This year they are each being a superhero (Spiderman & Wonder Woman) so I think I'll be a superhero with them, just not sure who yet. One year I just wore a black dress to work and when I came home I put on a witch hat and put spider rings on my fingers and dress - it became a witch costume that easy!

That's a really good idea, go for it. More moms should dress up and take their kids trick-or-treating. My mom dressed up as a clown one time when she took me and my sister trick-or-treating. There are plenty of costumes you could dress up in, like:

Witch
Pumpkin
Angel
Devil
Vampire
Fairy
Nymph
Bumble bee
Lady bug
Cat
Bunny
Clown

My mom used to dress up with us when we were little. One year she went to the church Halloween party dressed as my father. Scary thing is, a few people didn't notice!

Yes, I dressed with my daughter, and now with my grandchildren. We don't match, but it is fun for us all.
