You don't need this to be able to say it, but you do need it to be able to mean it.
I'm currently collaborating on a seminar on dating and relationship skills, and one of the things that we emphasize is that dating is a process of finding a person who best suits you. If you don't know who you are, then you won't know how to identify that other person. You can't expect to have a decent relationship with someone who values things that you don't value yourself, but you can't see this if you don't have a good handle on what you value.

as long as 'You' is recongised, 'I' remains, and the Love can not be expressed otherwise . Verbal expression has limitations. I You need to be told I love you , I will have to be there as I .
otherwise Love itself is enough.

What do you think?
What else do you see in the word "I love you" that makes you think like that?
