Will an antibotics mess up the depo shot? I know certain ones mess up the pill but don't know about the shot. Please help!

Doubtful but let your doctor know you are on the depo shot when they prescribe antibiotics and they will let you know... that or tell your pharmacist.

As far as I know yes.
Antibiotics cause an imbalance in the hormones.
Use another form of BC just in case.
